Hi, I’m Jade Rich!

I'm a creative strategist who believes in the power of work that resonates, stories that make people feel something, think differently, or simply pay attention. Sometimes that power comes through design. Other times, it’s in the choice of a word, the pause between ideas, or the way timing shifts impact. No matter the project, I approach everything with curiosity, clarity, and a deep respect for what good work can do.

If I had to name two things that really shaped how I work early on, it’d be sports and Halloween. Sports taught me how to be dependable under pressure, how to listen without ego, and how to adjust in real time. I learned what it means to show up for the people around me and the goal ahead. Halloween, on the other hand, gave me creative freedom. It taught me to build from scratch, to transform scraps into stories, and to commit fully to an idea, no matter how strange or ambitious.

Structure and imagination. Discipline and play. Two things that live at the core of how I work and more importantly, why I love what I do. I want the work to land with purpose and stay with people long after they see it. This portfolio is a glimpse into that pursuit.
